The report published on February 18, 2010, titled 'Sourcing JD Edwards Projects: Provider Skills Vary Widely' is written by Liz Herbert with Christine Ferrusi Ross and Elizabeth Rose.

Forrester’s report is based on interviews with multiple vendors and their reference customers to assess speciality partners in JD Edwards. During their research, Forrester discovered, “Some of the leading offshore firms have relevant JD Edwards expertise. However, many of the larger SIs have small JD Edwards practices that dwindled during the years JD Edwards suffered from a severely uncertain future, and those practices never recovered” The report further states, “Some firms that sourcing teams can consider beyond large system integrators include specialist firms such as SYSTIME”. The research further explains, “the provider (SYSTIME) is heavily skilled in CPG/retail/food and beverage, life sciences and health care, high-tech, and oil and gas.”
