- How do I apply for a job?
Please refer to the
Current Openings section and check if you would like to apply for any of those positions or else you may
mail your resume. We will get in touch with you, should your profile match our requirements.
- When would I get a response once when I mail my resume?
Once your resume is received, we match it with our requirements. The resume is stored in our recruitment database and the recruiter concerned will get in touch with you.
- What is the recruitment procedure?
Once the profile is short-listed, the person is called for a HR Discussion. If the person is short listed in HR interview, he/she is called for a Technical Discussion. One or more interviews will be taken depending upon the position applied for. On selection, the offer letter is issued.
- How long is the probation period?
All employees will be on probation for a period of six months.
- How are the scales of pay?
Pay scales are on par with the best standards in the industry and are worked out based on the profile of the candidate and the position he/she is joining as.
- Where do I attend the interviews/discussions and who will be my coordinator?
The recruiter concerned will inform you of the time and venue for your interviews/discussions. He/she would also be your single point contact. You may contact recruiter for any clarifications/doubts.
- Does SYSTIME conduct a Background Verification Check?
Your induction is on the assumption of bona-fides of the information provided by you as a part of your selection process.
However, Company has the option to undertake appropriate verification of your antecedents, if required.
- What are the other formalities before joining?
A Checklist document which provides information on all the necessary documents required for completing the joining formalities is given to the selected candidate. The candidate needs to bring all the documents mentioned on the first day.
- What can I expect on my first day at work?
SYSTIME has a structured induction and orientation program for all new employees. You will be introduced to the organization and the induction program will begin from the first day itself. You would also be expected to bring a number of credential documents, the details of which would be specified in your offer letter.
