Festivals are celebrated with great enthusiasm at SYSTIME. The festivities comprise of various competitions and all SYSTIMErs participate with zeal in the revelry.
 
   
SYS-Fest
The SYS-Fest Day is special in more ways than one for SYSTIMErs. It symbolizes the pride that each one of us has in the brand name of "SYSTIME".

SYS-Fest 2009 Event On this SYS-Festival day, employees gather with their family members to celebrate the successes adding to the "extended family" aura of SYSTIME.

The carnival atmosphere, the air of excitement, the spotlight on performance, all makes for a heady cocktail.

   

SYSTIMErs pool in their ideas every year to give this day a new look and feel and make it an unstinting success.

"Go GREEN - The GREEN Way"
Go Green campaign, an employee-driven initiative, which was launched at SYS-Fest - SYSTIME's annual festival, is a step towards conserving our environment. This initiative involves sensitizing employees to the reckless use of natural resources by encouraging them to internalize an eco-friendly lifestyle and make it a part of the work culture.

Outstanding SYSTIMEr
Each employee at SYSTIME is a unique individual and a valuable asset, who contributes in taking SYSTIME to new heights .SYSTIME has distinctive employee oriented culture where employees are motivated to unlock their potential both personally and professionally.

One such SYSTIMEr Nilesh Raje holds the credit for being selected as the INDIA delegate on several occasions. Nilesh was selected one amongst 50 participants from across the globe as the "Youth Icon of INDIA” for the first CCS World Youth Forum 2007 held at Brussels in The European Parliament on the theme of Leadership and Motivation. Along with Nilesh there were 50 other young participants from 20 different countries who participated in this conference.

Nilesh was once again selected amongst 20 young leaders from around the world to represent INDIA as "The Youth of the Nation" for the 3rd CCS World Youth Forum 2009 held in the European Parliament, Brussels in Nov 2009.
