SYSTIME Computer Corporation, today announced the successful go-live for the implementation of Oracle JD Edwards® EnterpriseOne® ERP system at Crocs, Inc. (Nasdaq: CROX), the all-purpose, slip-resistant shoe manufacturer based in Niwot, Colorado. The entire project, from selection to go-live, duration was less than 120 days. The final solution included numerous additional features required by Crocs to enable it to continue taking major strides in its global expansion plans.
“Implementing core ERP was critical to support our rapidly growing business. We have laid a sound foundation that we believe will help us to obtain global supply chain synergies and shorten our time to market. SYSTIME played a key role and helped us reach this milestone in an aggressive manner.” said Jay Krishnamurthy, Global ERP Manager at Crocs.
SYSTIME, an Oracle Value Added Reseller and the third largest
JD Edwards practice worldwide, was instrumental in the sales and implementation of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne software to Crocs. Crocs, with complex business processes like any large global organization, demanded a solution that perfectly fit their requirements, a vendor-partner that provided unparalleled service and support, with high quality.
"At Crocs, we believe in unparalleled quality, exceptional value and superior customer service. Our products are a testimony to this belief. Naturally, we also seek similar qualities in a partner. SYSTIME’s culture, their offerings and their partnership fit the bill exactly. Their implementation strategy, execution approach, partnership and commitment met our aggressive timelines, and overall goals.” said Caryn Ellison, VP - Finance and Executive Sponsor ERP, at Crocs.
One of the key features of the solution was the eCommerce solution developed by SYSTIME for Crocs. This solution facilitates the complex transactions with relative ease and is expected to play an important role in the way Crocs conducts e-business.
“We had a monumental task at hand that involved not only creating an eCommerce solution from scratch but also seamlessly integrating it with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Solution. SYSTIME’s ability to create what we expect to be a flexible and robust solution in a short period of time is impressive” expressed Tre Vertuca, Director IT at Crocs.
“We, at SYSTIME, are very excited to share the success of this project with Crocs. It has been a product of hard work on both sides. I’m glad that with our dedication to customer service and our ability to provide comprehensive business solutions have provided a competitive advantage to Crocs.
