Integrity issues arise due to various reasons such as loss of connectivity during crucial updates, improper setup due to business process changes, faulty interfaces, data migration/conversion and programming bugs etc.

SYSTIME has developed System Integrity Management Solution (SIMS) to address this business critical need of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne customers. This solution enables organizations to identify and solve integrity issues quickly and efficiently and makes Management and Statutory Reporting easy and accurate.

SYSTIME’s System Integrity Management Solution (SIMS) complements the standard JD Edwards solution as it incorporates additional features and functionality. This comprehensive solution combines the JD Edwards solution, SYSTIME's Integrity Toolset and SYSTIME’s extensive domain knowledge that helps organizations resolve integrity issues.

We provide customers the option to select the solution and support level based on their business requirements.

Standard Solution: As part of the Standard Solution we provide the Integrity Toolset with two weeks of onsite support.

Extended Solution: In addition to the Standard Solution, we offer extended offshore support for one more week or for an extended period, as required.

Extended Solution Plus: In addition to the Standard Solution, we offer offshore support for specified number of hours every month for our customers to resolve the integrity issues. In instances where an issue cannot be resolved remotely, our consultants - if desired - can go onsite to the customer location.
