'Word of mouth' marketing agency leverages SYSTIME expertise to merge business functionalities from multiple software and streamlines processes

San Francisco, CA - November 3, 2011 - Contagious Network, a unique, 'word of mouth' marketing organization, needed to consolidate fragmented software and business operations. Partnering with SYSTIME, the growing agency has now gone live on a custom designed campaign manager and website.

The Contagious network consists of connected and opinionated members who are willing to support brands, products, events and services that they are genuinely passionate about by spreading the word to their social networks. The company hoped to simplify its processes by bringing together all of its functionalities, recognizing that consolidation would support efficient management of much larger campaigns. Developing a platform of this kind would also showcase evidence of ROI to clients.

Prior to the go-live of the new campaign manager and website, the agency's operations had become overly complex. The project delivered a back office application with a sophisticated member portal.
