Training Policy at SYSTIME
- Objective is to ensure that every employee of SYSTIME gets an opportunity to undergo a minimum period of self development
- Average training days per employee per financial year is 5 days [40 hours]. The programmes that will count towards this will be the ones that are formally announced by the Training Center
- Employee can self nominate for the programmes announced subject to approval from their department head.
