The President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of SYSTIME, Vishal Grover is also the Vice Chairman of the CMS Group.

As the CEO, Vishal is responsible for defining the strategic roadmap for SYSTIME and enhancing its client relationships. Vishal is focused on building a strong organization culture at the core of which lie the values of cooperation, ownership and transparency. He has accorded high priority to SYSTIME's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and sustainability initiatives.

Under Vishal’s leadership, SYSTIME has been transformed into the world’s largest Oracle partner for the JD Edwards marketplace, and witnessed phenomenal growth with a CAGR of 20%+ in the last 5 years. SYSTIME is a Global Oracle Platinum partner and the only Oracle partner to achieve Advanced Specialization for JD Edwards. He has expanded SYSTIME’s global footprint into new markets in Asia-Pacific, EMEA and Latin America; and grown SYSTIME’s customer base to include many Global 2000 companies.

Prior to being appointed CEO in 2004, Vishal built SYSTIME’s North America operations. Vishal joined SYSTIME in 2000 with a mandate to expand SYSTIME’s business worldwide.

Prior to SYSTIME, Vishal worked in management consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Vishal has a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, MI, USA.
